Budget smartphone Oppo A54 introduced with 5000 mAh battery and Helio P35 chipset

Oppo has unveiled its new entry-level smartphone in Indonesia with a larger battery, Meditech chipset and stylish design.

The Oppo A54 features a 6.51-inch LCD display with HD + resolution, a standard 60Hz refresh rate and a 16MP selfie camera, located in the hole in the upper right corner.

The phone is equipped with a Helio P35 chipset built using 12nm process technology. It is paired with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. There is a microSD card slot to increase the internal storage up to 256GB.

The back of the smartphone has a 13-main camera and two 2-megapixel sensors to determine depth of field and macro photography.

Oppo A54 runs the older ColorOS 7.2 version based on Android 10.. It is also IPX4 Water Resistant, which means that the phone is protected from water splatter like rain or sweat.

There is a 5,000mAh cell inside the battery with support for 18W fast charging via USB-C port. The company has not forgotten about the 3.5 mm audio jack.

The Oppo A54 (not to be confused with the Oppo A54 5G) comes in two colors – Crystal Black and Star Blue. It will start selling from April 1 for around $ 185.
