UK records 32,406 new cases and 133 more deaths in 24 hours

hey The United Kingdom reported 32,406 new coronavirus infections and 133 more deaths due to Covid-19, according to figures released this Saturday by the British Department of Health and Social Welfare. In cumulative terms, there have been 6.698,486 infections and 132,376 deaths in the UK.

The cumulative incidence is 353.8 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

Around 7,000 people with symptoms associated with COVID-19 are admitted to NHS hospitals.

88.2% of the British population (47.9 million people) were vaccinated with the first dose of COVID-19 vaccines. 78.2% of the population (42.5 million people) have completed vaccination.
