Tesco has agreed to promote its small business in Poland as it proceeds to scale back its intercontinental functions.

The United kingdom supermarket big is selling its 301-keep Polish enterprise to Danish retail group Salling Group for £181m.

It reported the sale would allow for it to focus on its central European marketplaces of Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia wherever it commands a lot more of the marketplace.

The corporation has also retreated from Thailand and Malaysia so much this calendar year as it curbs its world-wide ambitions.
