The path to deportation: the announcement of the top detail

The way of slavery, A new extension of the giant free-to-play action RPG of Grinding Gear Games – Hist – is coming out on September 18th. Tytler Hystas is the main attraction, in which you take charge with your team of thugs in various barracks and strongholds, loot as much as you can, and escape before being caught and killed.

This is a difficult proposition for new players, but I talked to lead designer Chris Wilson about the new details and all the new things available, as well as where ideas have been coming from for almost seven years since the launch.

Heist will be one of the wide spread Path of Exile has been added quite late. To be a top victim, you’ll need to get to Rogue Harbor, a new area created by thieves and burglars. It will become a little center for your heroic activities, allowing you to recruit new NPC characters called Roges to help you with your mission as you move forward. You have to pay for everything at Disease Harbor, even for access only. According to Chris, this should give the area a sense of hire – all you have to do is give and take. These cool kids have unique skills to help you with your criminal activities, so it will be interesting to see how effective they are.

The ultimate goal is to prepare for a grand history. After setting up the cupboards, in Heistes, you have to sneak in all manner of ways, steal loot and try not to alert the guards. In Grand Heist, you have to use the different abilities of your colleagues to complete many individual Heists, which are very expensive to plan and prepare. Some diseases may have special lock-lifting abilities that will help you along the way, while others can help you climb with boats and hide old cats to avoid identification. Grand Histas is the ultimate goal, and you will need to use all the skills you can to achieve the greatest rewards you have ever achieved.

If you’re not into haystacks, you can always trade your markers and contracts (important requirements for haystacks) and just enjoy all the new booty, from the trio to the ‘replica’ unique items, which Chris According to encourages strange and stupid. Character builds to take full advantage of different effects and modifiers.

Why deportation is such a big game and even developers don’t always know what’s next. Wilson told me it was a great struggle to find new ideas, but inspiration can come from anywhere.

“We were running away from ideas because so far we’ve done 40 of these things, and we’re inspired by the fact that Magic: Collection is coming up with new ideas after 27 years, you know, they’ve done it. Hundreds of sets. We felt we should have things available to us, and so we loaded up Netflix and started watching movies while looking for inspiration.

“Can we play a game about thieves? Well of course we can! Everyone began to think about what it meant to stop being enslaved, and it became very clear that this would be a very easy task. ”

The only issue was scope, and the team ended up postponing the release date from June until now, meaning they’ve been working on HEST for longer than most spreads – it far exceeded their initial expectations.

Wilson insisted that the start of the new league was the right time to get in the way of Xtile, as you start with more players on the same level playing field. Each new extension starts with a fresh temporary league, replacing the old characters with permanent leagues, so this is essentially a server reset.

You can play the path to salvation: September 18 at 2 p.m. P.C. On and on the 23 console. The new Mac version is also launching with Hest. On Mac it will use exactly the same account and information as Windows, so you can keep track of any progress and characters you’ve worked so far.
