The Reserve Lender of India (RBI) has advised the Delhi Higher Court docket that Google Pay out is a third bash application provider (TPAP) and does not work any payment units.

Mr Mishra has claimed that GPay was performing as a payments method company in violation of the Payments and Settlements Act as it has no legitimate authorisation from the central financial institution of the country to carry out these kinds of functions.
He has also contended that GPay does not determine in NPCI’s checklist of authorised ”payment methods operators” produced on March 20, 2019.
