15-year-old Stockton dies after being shot in Burger King's drive throat, police say

A 15-year-old boy was shot dead in Stockton on Friday, police said. The shooting happened around 4pm in the drive-through of a Burger King in the 700 block of North Wilson Way, Stockton police said. A mother and her 15-year-old son were driving when the suspect approached his car and fired several shots into the passenger side window, police said. The 15-year-old was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died of his injuries, police said. It is not clear if the 15-year-old mother was injured in the shooting. At present, the police have no motive or suspicious information. Anyone with information about the shooting is urged to call the Stockton Police Department.
