Australia ordered imprisonment in the country’s second largest city – International

Australia on Thursday implemented an emergency blockade for more than five million people in Melbourne, its second most populous city, and in the rest of the state of Victoria, to prevent an outbreak of Covid-19.

The stay order at home will remain in effect for at least seven days, the Acting Prime Minister, James Merlino said, doubled to 26 cases overnight after a local outbreak of infection, a negligible number compared to other countries.

“In the last day we saw more evidence that we are experiencing a highly contagious form of the virus, a worrisome version that is moving faster than we have detected,” said Merlino, the Indian version of Coronavirus. Explained.
