Murderer trapped in glass case for 47 years makes scary promises

A serial killer is considered the world’s “most dangerous prisoner” United Kingdom Promised to scare the nephew by sending him a letter. Robert Maudsley, 68, has been in prison for 47 years after leading a violent crime spree in the 1970s.

According to British newspaper MirrorMaudsley is placed in a glass case where he spends 23 hours of his day. The cell specially made for them is made of bulletproof acrylic and houses compressed cardboard furniture.


In a letter to his 40-year-old nephew Gavin, the offender said he was “very happy” in solitary confinement. In addition, he made a sinister promise: If released, Maudsley says he will kill again.

The man had also killed three inmates in the jail. He was cut off from the rest of the guilty gang. At the scene, a rumor spreads that Maudsley may have eaten part of the brain of one of the victims.


At just 21 years old, Liverpool-born Maudsley got his first job the killingin 1974. He fled to London and killed someone else, a pedophile named John Farrell.

The boy handed himself over to the police and confessed his crime. Tried and convicted, Maudsley did not stay in prison. He strangled, cut off skulls and hid the bodies while undergoing imprisonment. In 2000, he asked for Justice to be executed, but the request was not implemented.
