Woman narrowly escaped after being hit by train

Barely a woman missed being hit by a train at a railway crossing in Holland. In video captured by a surveillance camera, he can be seen walking close to the rail, even under the gates.

She turns left and tries to get into an area that apparently provides access to a station. However, with the gate closed, she gives up and is forced to run to avoid the speeding train. She survives only a few centimeters from being hit by the train.

According to ProRail, which is responsible for trains in the Netherlands, more than a third of delays on this line are due to people walking or crossing the tracks. Thus, train operators are forced to slow down and other trains following them are instructed by traffic control to slow down, causing a snowball effect.

Reckless attitude also occurs with authorities fined between 150 and 250 euros (R$926 to R$1,551) on violators.
